Slavic tasting


An opportunity from our Slavic collection takes us on a gustatory journey.

The stuffed cabbage, also called «Golabki» which means dove in Polish, is a traditional dish.

Main food of the Slavic gourmet cook, we deliver our mouth-watering recipe of this typical dish.

In order to stay in the theme, we advise you to use our black and blue placemats for your table design.

Preparation of the recipe

1. Wash and remove the first leaves of cabbage. Dip it in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain it and reserve it. Peel and dice the onion and a carrot and place in a pan.


2. Finely chop the other carrot and wing and chop the parsley. In a salad bowl, mix the sausage chair, garlic, parsley, chopped carrot, salt and pepper. Salt, pepper and add the egg.


3.Heat the oven at 180 ° C (th 6). Overlay 4 to 5 sheets on your worktop and drop the stuffing in the center. Close the cabbage and string it to maintain its original shape.


4.Heat the casserole, stirring for 2 minutes, then put the cabbage in it. Pour the broth, and install the bay leaf. Cover and bake for 1h30. Enjoy hot.

• Green cabbage: 1

• Sausage chair: 500 g

• Carrots: 2

• Onion: 1

• Poultry broth: 50 cl

• Parsley sprigs: 3

• all: 1 clove

• Bay leaf: 2

• Egg: 1
