30 to 50 g of truffle
 
500 g of tick cream
 
Spaghetti
 
The day before of the day bedor (even better), grate a truffle in the tick cream.
 
Cover with film and keep it in a fresh place. In a big volume of water cook the spaghetti al dente.
 
In the meantime, reheat the cream on a low heat in a big frying pan.
Add 1 tbsp of hot water and the spaghetti. 
 
Cook everything during 2 to 3 minutes.
 
Put some salt and pepper on the pasta in a warm plate and grate on the top some fresh truffle.
