When I will receive my order?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 days for small products. They are send by Chronopost or by UPS for relay points. Your package usually arrives at your destination within 48 hours.
For orders of furniture or larger products, the preparation time may be 3 to 5 days if your product is in stock. They are then supported by a carrier and arrive at destination within 3 to 5 days for France. This period can be 10 days for foreigners.
For the Click and Collect option, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is available and will have 7 days to withdraw it.
How to track my order ?
For small package :
Once your order has been sent, you can track your order with the tracking number in your customer account. An SMS will also be sent to you when the package is taken over by Chronopost. You will be able to modify the slot or the address directly on the Chronopost application.
For orders of furniture or larger products :
An email will be sent by the carrier to arrange a date of appointment. We offer standard delivery at the foot of the house, except for our sofas, they are installed in the room of your choice. If you want a tailor-made service you can contact our customer service.
How to return my order ?
You have a period of 14 days upon receipt of your order to return your order in its original packaging.
To receive a return form send us a message to email@example.com.
During periods of sales and for foreign orders we are not in charge of the returns.

Is-it possible to modify or cancel my order ?
Once validated, your order can not be modified or canceled.
You will still be able to request a return within 14 days of receiving it.
