This earthy red is named after a neighbourhood in Brooklyn, where brick architecture holds the upper hand. Some people see them red, others see them plain orange. The secret of this double-faced Pompeian red? The part of yellow it contains that makes it sunny. Its industrial character blends naturally well with black and white. This variant of red will be at its strongest contrast with the shades of blue approaching green, its complementary colour.
