The Studio Maison Sarah Lavoine marks the renovation of Faubourg 21, a prestigious hotel nestled in the heart of Brussels in a listed 19th century mansion.
Designed as a showcase between past and present, the place aptly combines heritage and modernity, elegance and comfort, to embody a new French art of living.

This project is based on a subtle dialogue between the original Louis XVI style and a contemporary approach to design.
The sculpted paneling, the main staircase, the bedrooms and the interior garden have been carefully restored and highlighted by pieces of furniture and lighting with clean lines, signed Maison Sarah Lavoine.
Every detail affirms the desire to preserve the soul of the place while infusing it with a current, sensitive and harmonious vision.

Behind its doors, Faubourg 21 reveals a cozy and intimate universe, where each space evokes the sweetness of a particular house.
Natural materials, soothing shades and carefully chosen works of art make up a sophisticated palette: deep black, fir green, ivory, brass, granite, rattan and wood mingle with sensual textures like velvet or lava stone.
Hospitality is expressed in discreet, sincere and warm luxury, where comfort becomes emotion.

The Studio has deployed all its know-how: custom furniture, designer fabrics, exclusive lighting and objects chosen as poetic notes.
More than a renovation, Faubourg 21 is a reinterpretation of history, inspired by Parisian garden lounges and period interiors, a tribute to the beauty of gesture and the art of detail.
Some rooms have been restored almost identically, retaining old woodwork, moldings and original bases, while the fabrics, wallpapers and wall colors have been chosen to dialogue with the character of the building.

A stone's throw from the Palais Royal and the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert, Faubourg 21 stands out as a five-star residence where charm and modernity meet.
A Brussels gem, designed like an inhabited house, where time seems to stand still and where you feel at home, only better.
