How do I get my return label?

We do not provide a label for returns from abroad or during our Archives sales, Clearance sales and promotional periods.
How to return your online purchase?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your package to us in its original packaging. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.
Extended Return Period
- For any order placed between November 15 and December 20 on the site or in store, customers benefit from an extended period for returns. Product returns will be accepted until January 6 inclusive.
