How do I track my order?

You can follow the progress of your delivery by clicking on this link and providing the tracking number received by email.

Once your order has been sent, you will be able to track your order using the tracking number* in your customer account. An SMS will also be sent to you when the package is picked up by the carrier. You can modify the slot or address directly on the carrier's website.

For large orders:
An e-mail will be sent to you by the carrier to agree on a delivery slot. We offer standard delivery to the door, except for our sofas which are installed in the room of your choice.

*Gift card orders do not have a tracking number.

Which country do we ship to?

Any order placed on the Maison Sarah Lavoine website can only be sent to countries in the European Union.

When entering the address, if the selected territory is outside the EU, contact our customer service by email: serviceclient@maisonsarahlavoine.com and we will send you a quote.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days (excluding large furniture, sales and clearance sales). They are then taken care of by the carrier and delivered within 48 hours. For large orders, preparation time may be 3 to 7 business days. They are then taken care of by the carrier and arrive at their destination within 2 to 3 weeks for France. This delay can be more than 3 weeks for abroad.

For the Pick-up in store option, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is made available in store and will have 7 days to collect it, provided with proof of identity and the confirmation email.

After 7 days, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail. If you do not respond, we reserve the right to return the goods to our warehouse.

I placed an order for collection in store, how long do I have to collect it?

You have 7 days to collect your order from the store you have selected after you have received the order shipping email.

I am not offered collection in store, is this normal?

You can choose in-store collection only for orders weighing less than 5kg. Our in-store collections are available in our stores in Aix en Provence, Bac, Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Passy, ​​Saint Roch, Victoires.
