Nestled in the heart of the Fontainebleau forest, Le Studio Maison Sarah Lavoine breathes a contemporary breath into this 400 m² family home, giving it color and character.
Inspired by the surrounding forest, Sarah Poniatowski chose subtle whites, deep greens and intense blacks from Ressource Peintures, to bring nature into the walls. Located near Fontainebleau, this family home on two levels is made up of three children's suites and a master suite, designed to take full advantage of the ambient calm in an environment full of good vibrations.
The centerpiece of the house, the cathedral living room is built around an original fireplace decorated with black zelliges from Mosaic Factory. The play on tile formats creates a creative and vibrant layout. The choice of noble and enveloping materials reinforces the authentic and reassuring atmosphere of the place, while infusing it with a playful and creative spirit.
One room, one color. Each has its own bathroom and dressing room, forming a real cocoon. The master suite takes over the volume of the attic and reveals a dressing room-library as well as a refined office with clean and clever lines.
Designed to be experienced on a daily basis, this Country House embodies the Studio's approach Maison Sarah Lavoine : a subtle balance between comfort and aesthetics, where our contemporary vision enhances the original soul of the place.
