Outdoor: The Art of Relaxation with 1961 ÉDITIONS

Maison Sarah Lavoine has signed an exclusive collaboration with designer Marielle Hénon-Dhuicque on Graney , a collection of elegant, durable outdoor furniture inspired by the summers of its creator's childhood.

Conceived as an ode to idleness, Graney is a curation by Sarah Poniatowski, who chooses to highlight a creation by 1961 Éditions Paris , combining vintage spirit, architectural lines and artisanal know-how.

Inspired by garden furniture from the 70s, the collection consists of a lounge chair and its ottoman , reinterpreted with a contemporary look. The Graney armchair adopts a relaxed, chaise-like posture, with a comfortable recline, wide armrests, and a generous silhouette. The ottoman extends this feeling of comfort, transforming into a coffee table or occasional seating as needed.

Each piece is made from solid Java teak , certified Sustainable Forests : a noble, rot-proof wood, naturally resistant to bad weather, UV rays and sea spray. This living, dense and robust material will develop a characteristic silvery grey patina over time.

To dress these pieces, Maison Sarah Lavoine has imagined four exclusive variations of cotton canvas, made in France and enhanced with contrasting saddle stitching - couture signature. Four colors:

_ Safari : a natural and warm shade

_ Black : a sophisticated timeless classic

_ Ecru : a soft and soothing light

_ Carmine : a vibrant and solar accent

Modular and removable, Graney furniture is designed to last. The removable cover slides around two elegant wooden logs, for easy maintenance and uncompromising daily use.

Graney is the meeting point between the demands of design and the sweetness of life. A collection designed as a natural extension of the home, to make the garden or terrace a true living space—aesthetic, durable, and welcoming.

An exclusive collaboration to discover online and in stores from May 2025.
