In the heart of the village of Auteuil, the Studio Maison Sarah Lavoine imagined the resolutely Parisian interiors of the Cogedim residence: common areas, lounge, restaurant and apartments with the aim of creating a warm and elegant setting for meeting up with friends and families.
The harmony of beiges, the treatment of light and the nobility of the materials enhance the spaces. A bright hall, a more cozy and intimate atmosphere for the vast living room, the refinement of the colors and the furniture create an atmosphere of well-being.
The apartments are abundant in light thanks to the glass frames, thus increasing the living room space. The color combinations and furniture lines are refined, contemporary and delicate!
"For the Paris-Auteuil residence, we sought to achieve a relaxed lifestyle through refined decoration. Comfort was our priority by adapting the lighting and certain furniture for the use of seniors."
