The studio Maison Sarah Lavoine is designing a five-star hotel with 37 rooms, in the heart of the first arrondissement of Paris. Imagined as a place to live, on a human scale, inspired by the codes of Parisian style and what characterizes and fascinates Sarah: colors, noble materials and simple lines. Great freedom in the design allowed us to create, draw and think about each detail with a real bias and strong coherence with the signature of the House.

As soon as you cross the threshold, an intimate warmth emanates, a cozy and friendly atmosphere, like a house where it is good to come together. The lobby is lined with exotic wood floors stained wenge in a mosaic mesh. The ceilings with the same finishes exude an English club spirit.

To revisit the classics of Parisian apartments, the walls are decorated with woodwork and contrasted by sets of frames, welcoming the iconic marriage of Black and Sarah Blue colors. (Resource Collection and Maison Sarah Lavoine).

A few meters away, a large living room with a majestic library into which is an enamelled lava stone fireplace, surrounded by black sofas placed back to back and flowery velvet armchairs. The atmosphere is cozy, in the interest of privacy, a set of double-sided rotating mirror screens filter the light and the comings and goings of each person. The different living spaces coexist as in a contemporary house.

As a chic and relaxed extension of the lounge, a bar as charming as a setting as well as a restaurant opening onto a planted patio and a tree-lined terrace, a real lung between the two hotel buildings.

Lava stone takes over the swimming pool and the spa floors, while mineral coatings caress the walls.

Upstairs, the 37 rooms, including 4 suites, come in 5 different colors. The bases are common, the details that differ are numerous, all display a unique identity.

The floors are walnut parquet covered with rugs or carpets with patterns designed by the studio. The colors on the walls are also worked on the ceilings, for a more contemporary effect.

Two-tone velvet or linen headboards frame the beds with a return, for even more welcoming comfort.

Ceramic grains of rice hang and decorate the walls.

The white marble bathrooms are separated from the bedrooms by bay windows with interior shutters (opaque on the bedroom side, mirror on the bathroom side) allowing soft light to enter when the shutter is open. The showers, sometimes integrated into the hammam, are lined with soft-colored chairs.

Le Roch Hotel and Spa is a unique, Parisian and signature place. A chic and cozy haven of peace that makes you want to pack your bags.
