Covivio then becomes the owner of the real estate complex and in 2019 initiates a reflection for its complete restructuring in order to make it its head office. The interior architecture is entrusted to the Studio Maison Sarah Lavoine.
The starting point was Covivio's business, which absolutely had to be highlighted, but also the building itself. We also made the choice to create more than a workplace, a real living space.
From the moment you enter, the hotel lobby codes convey this notion of comfort, welcome and service. The natural and comforting tones are highlighted with hints of strong colors. This signature brings singularity to each space.
On the materials side, the fundamentals of builders are selected: concrete, wood, stone and brick thus reveal all their qualities in unexpected shapes and alloys.
