In the heart of the village of Auteuil, Studio Maison Sarah Lavoine has designed the resolutely Parisian interiors of the Cogedim residence: common areas, lounge, restaurant and apartments with the aim of creating a warm and elegant setting to meet up with friends and family. .
The harmony of beiges, the treatment of light and the nobility of the materials enhance the spaces. A bright hall, a more subdued and intimate atmosphere for the vast living room, the refinement of the colors and furniture diffuse an atmosphere of well-being.
The apartments are abundant in light thanks to the glass frames thus multiplying the living room space. The combinations of colors and the lines of furniture are refined, contemporary and delicate!
"For the Paris-Auteuil residence, we sought to achieve a pleasant living environment through refined decoration. Comfort was our priority by adapting the lighting and certain furniture for use by seniors."
