Nestled in the pine forests of the southwest, the Hossegor villa embodies an art of living in harmony with the surrounding nature.
" We wanted to create a house that was both minimalist and warm, where each element interacts with the landscape ," explains Sarah Poniatowski.
The result of a collaborative effort between the Arsenal architecture agency and the Maison Sarah Lavoine studio in Bordeaux, the project reflects a shared vision of discreet refinement and a connection to the region.

Inspired by the subtle nuances of the Landes coast, the natural color palette and raw materials, such as the painted wood of the facades and traditional tiles, give the place a timeless elegance. Nestled in a lush pine forest, the house opens onto a series of intimate terraces, inviting guests to fully enjoy the sunshine and the tranquility of the site.

The living room, the true heart of the project, embodies this encounter between nature and sophistication. Its cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and vast bay windows let in changing light over the hours, creating a subtle play of shadows and reflections.
The choice of furniture, with its simple, enveloping lines, reinforces this soothing atmosphere where authenticity prevails. Here, soft textures and understated tones blend with the scents of wood and sea spray, providing a setting conducive to relaxation and contemplation.

Conceived as a true timeless escape, Villa Hossegor reflects the approach of Maison Sarah Lavoine and the Arsenal agency: a balance between comfort and aesthetics, where every detail tells a story. Far from the superfluous, simplicity becomes a luxury and minimalism a way of life. More than a vacation home, this residence is an invitation to slow down, soak up the landscape, and savor the moment.
