With the Arc de Triomphe as a backdrop, the famous Arc restaurant gives way to the Victoria 1836.

The discreet luxury of this creation highlights the chic of the private hotel while emphasizing its convivial side. The decor gives the impression of having existed for 40 years while being relevant today, and will be relevant in forty years. It was designed without worrying about contemporary fashions. Timeless, refined, warm, bright are already adjectives that describe the personality of this restaurant.

The Studio had fun playing with transparencies, wood and paneling, cut stone, with daylight, the play of mirrors, reflections in order to create this unique place, open to all of Paris. Every detail has been thought of, from the moldings to the woodwork, including the carpet which redesigns the Hungarian parquet floors and the use of the original cut stone.

The Victoria 1836

A true breeding ground for talent, the musical ambiance of Victoria 1836 was designed by the eclectic Helena Noguera, and Alexandre Auger, second to Yannick Alléno at Meurice, is at the head of the kitchen.
