This workshop was renovated in 2017 by the Studio Maison Sarah Lavoine.
A unique place to live, like a cabin perched on the roofs of Paris, with a large living room opening onto a glass roof and the sacred heart in sight. Initially this artist's studio from the 1930s was an office, rehabilitated into a living space, entirely bathed in light.

The architecture studio imagined two spaces. The glass roof living room with an adjoining balcony running the entire length of the room, and a kitchen-dining room, cut by a very long horizontal loophole in the upper part, which welcomes the natural, plunging light from the glass roof.

The characterful materials and contemporary style of the sofas, furniture and signed objects Maison Sarah Lavoine bring together audacity and elegance.

The strength of the House's identity colors adorns the furnishing fabrics and uniquely marks this warm and soft place.

Maison Sarah Lavoine

A very strong and particularly daring signature for the pine green of the kitchen, through the marble of the worktop, to the cladding of the facades of the elements enhanced by brass edges.

In the center of this very pleasant room, a large rosewood table surrounded by superleggera chairs by Gio Ponti (reissue) reinforces the elegant conviviality.

A magical and bright place, with lots of character, a house in the sky.
