Under its transparent appearance - the effect of its color worked in gradient lacquer - it conceals multiple storage spaces: ideal for storing precious stones.
Made from lacquered MDF and stainless steel for the base and lid, as well as resin for the compartments, this elegant accessory is a testament to ancestral Vietnamese know-how, renowned for its high-gloss lacquer coating: more than twenty meticulous steps, all carried out by hand, are necessary to create each object.

High-gloss resin compartments
Dust with a soft, damp cloth.
Each lacquered piece is the result of extremely precise craftsmanship, perpetuating an ancestral know-how originating from Vietnam. Used for centuries, vegetable lacquer comes from the lacquer tree, whose resin is transformed, mixed with natural pigments and earth, before being patiently applied to a wooden support.
From shaping the wooden base to applying the logo, more than twenty steps follow one another, all done by hand, respecting tradition. Shaping, sanding, polishing, cleaning, successive applications of protective layers, transparent lacquers and colors by spraying, each gesture is mastered and repeated meticulously.
Each object is thus sanded, polished, dried and lacquered with care, several times, until a glossy or matte finish is obtained.

With its new collection, Maison Sarah Lavoine blurs boundaries and invites nature to cross the threshold. Extending the landscape, it transforms the interior space, making each object a fragment of the outside world.
