About

Party table. It was while contemplating the sunsets and warm colors of Sicily that Sarah Poniatowski launched the Sicilia collection, inspired by her trip. Refined, the Sicilia tray, rectangular in shape for the large model, is the ideal accessory to perfect your art of entertaining. Its rounded shapes, its exotic wood structure and its play of colors (here Sarah Blue and white) in glossy lacquer invite you to dine in all elegance and conviviality.

Easy to handle, infinitely aesthetic with a pop side, this serving tray enhances culinary creations or asserts itself as a decorative object in its own right, nonchalantly placed on a sofa or on an entrance console.

Designed in exotic freijo wood from Portugal, the Sicilia top has been worked by hand and machine for the assembly of the corners by tenon and mortise.

Made in Portugal.

The Artisans of Beauty - Lacquered Wood

Lacquered wood is the result of extremely precise craftsmanship. Used for centuries, vegetable lacquer comes from the lacquer tree, whose resin is transformed, mixed with natural pigments and earth, before being patiently applied to a wooden surface.

Obtained by the successive application of several layers of pigments and varnish, each object is then sanded, polished and dried several times, to obtain a glossy or matte finish.
The glossy lacquer reflects light, brings depth and brilliance, and creates a mirror effect that underlines the refinement of the room.
Matte lacquer, which is visually softer, diffuses light subtly and highlights the purity of lines and volumes.

A work shaped by time, patience, and the hand of the craftsman.
