Imagined with David Lanher, leader of the Parisian bistronomy, the LaLa carries values dear to our creator : sharing, quality and simplicity.
Winner of the Fooding prize in 2015 and the creator of Parisian addresses such as Racine des Prés and Caffé Stern, David Lanher created a custom-made lunch with chef Quentin Domange. The chef, who has a wealth of experience at Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Market in London and Clarence, gives special emphasis to steam and minute cooking, and restores fresh fish to its former glory.
LaLa cuisine favours fresh, seasonal products for a lunch "just like at home". From daily surprises to comforting dishes, La La Cuisine promises a great step towards culinary happiness!
