Delivery and Returns

When will I receive my order?

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 days for small products. They are then taken care of by Chronopost or Ups for the points relay, and your parcel arrives in general at destination under 48h, except exceptions and period of special or promotional operation, for which the times of forwarding are from 3 to 5 days.

For orders for furniture or larger products, the preparation time can be 4 to 6 days if your product is in stock. They are then picked up by a carrier and arrive at their destination within 3 to 5 days for France. This period can be 10 days for foreigners.

For the Click and Collect option, You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is available and will have 7 days to collect it, provided with an identity document and the confirmation email.

Beyond 7 days, we will contact you by phone or email. Without response from you, we reserve the right to return the goods to our warehouse.

If your basket contains several articles, a single shipment will be provided as soon as all the products are available.

How do I track my order?

For small packages:
Once your order has been sent, you can track your order using the tracking number in your customer account. A text message will also be sent to you when the parcel is picked up by Chronopost. You will be able to modify the slot or address directly on the Chronopost application.

For orders of furniture or sofas:
An email will be sent to you by the carrier in order to agree on a date of appointment.

How do I return my order?

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return it to us in its original packaging.

We do not offer return labels during the Sales and Braderie.

We also do not provide labels for returns from abroad.

Refunds are effective within 15 days.

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?

Once validated, your order cannot be modified or cancelled, but you can request a return within 15 days of receipt.

Entirely custom-made items such as sofas, armchairs, benches, armchairs and tables from the Tokyo collection will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
