Ducru Beaucaillou Castel

Maison Sarah Lavoine has taken on a major challenge by reviving the private spaces and creating the reception rooms of Château Ducru Beaucaillou, a residence located on the eponymous wine estate.

From the tapestry to the architectural details of the 18th century, the Architecture Studio has immersed itself in this historic place but also in its owner, Bruno-Eugène Borie, in order to infuse it with a daring touch of modernity. 

A renovation with a strong identity, with deep colours and patterns sublimating a collection of exceptional art and design pieces - Marc Newson, Ron Arad or Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. Through the splendour of gilding, the pep of a sunflower yellow or the refinement of a stained glass window, our Studio has fun reinterpreting a castle life whose extravagance and elegance are more contemporary.
