A lack of inspiration for your Christmas dessert, Sarah shares with us her recipe for a spectacular dessert : La Pavlova
Whip 6 white eggs and, when they are almost firm, add 350 g of sugars in several times. Whip until the mixture is firm and shiny, add while whiping 1 tbsp. of Maïezena.
Spread the white eggs on a plate covered with parchment paper.
Cook them between 1hour30 to 1hour45 in a preheated oven at 120 ° C (th 4). Let them dry in the oven off, with the door open.
Whip 80 cl of whole cold liquid cream with the seeds of two split vanilla beans and 100g of sugar.
Put the cream on the meringue and the red fruits.
